An excellent room rate has been negotiated at the Cincinnati Hyatt, the ICPC14 venue, for conference participants. The cost for each night is $105.00/person single occupancy, $52.50/person double occupany, $43.33/person triple occupany, and $32.50/person quadruple occupany. Rooms can be booked by submitting (fax or mail) a form (PDF format) printable from this web site. If you book separately, be sure to identify yourself as an ICPC attendee to insure proper conference crediting. Reserve your rooms early to have the convenience of staying at the conference site for all the technical sessions.
Hotel reservations must be made by June 19th 1998, to insure rates and placement in the Hyatt Hotel.
The riverboat cruise is a dinner cruise. Register early, seating will be limited.
The Museum Center activity on Tuesday is a cocktail reception probably with some access to the displays.
Limited dormitory housing may be arranged for approximately $20/night at Xavier University. Bus transportation will be required to traverse the approximately 5 mile distance to the Conference venue. For more information, contact:
