The ICPC Home Page was inaugurated at the beginning of 1996. By September, 1997 it had been visited more than 1,000 times, and a significant fraction of preregistrants had utilized its convenient on-line preregistration form. By April, 1998 visits exceeded 3,000, and only a month later, with the program now on line, there were 1,000 more. We strongly urge those planning to participate in ICPC14 to consult this page periodically to obtain the latest information about the meeting.
