3. View information about travel and hotel accomodations here.
4. Download a printable accomodations form here. (PDF format)
5. View information about events in Cincinnati here.
6. Download a printable activities form here. (PDF format)
7. Send in your registration form, activities form, registration fee, and abstract to ICPC.
8. Fax your accomodations form to the Cincinnati Hyatt Regency at (513) 579-0107.
