Diane Flores is the Administrative Assistant for the Center for Higher Education Policy Analysis. Her employment background consists of several years of secretarial and administrative work. Diane enjoys all sports, and is particularly fond of soccer. She currently plays on a team coached by her husband. |

Victor Garcia

Victor Garcia is Director of Outreach for the Center for Higher Education Policy Analysis (CHEPA). He is the coordinator for the Increasing Access via Mentoring (I AM) Program and future coordinator for the SummerTIME 2007 writing program expansion. He has coordinated and provided student services with the University of California at Santa Cruz, the Los Angeles Community College District, California State University Long Beach, and with elementary schools in the Central San Joaquin Valley. Prior to his current position, he was Program Coordinator for the Ronald E. McNair Post-baccalaureate Achievement Program at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Garcia is currently pursuing his Masters in Public Administration at California State University Long Beach and received his Bachelors of Arts in History at the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Diane Yoon
Outreach Programs Advisor

Diane Yoon is an Outreach Programs Advisor for CHEPA. Diane works with
college counselors and college-bound juniors and seniors at several large,
urban high schools within the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD).
She is responsible for helping to recruit high school students for CHEPA's
college access programs I AM (Increasing Access via Mentoring) and the
SummerTIME writing program. Diane's prior outreach experience includes
working with USC TRIO Programs and the nonprofit, Koreatown Youth and
Community Center. Diane is a USC alumnus having received a
Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2001. She also served as an Admissions
Counselor with California State University, Sacramento where she completed
her Masters degree in Higher Education Leadership in 2007.
