The primary evaluation activities will result in generation of periodic briefings and an annual report to be circulated internally for appropriate USC leadership. Periodic reports for external use to the grantor, The Irvine Foundation, will include assessment of project affect on graduate student of color retention, improvement of work conditions for faculty of color, and enhancement of diversity discussions campus-wide. Our evaluation and reports will provide critical information to foundations, postsecondary institutions, and researchers. All reports, materials and program highlights are available on our web site for the Center of Higher Education Policy Analysis.
