American Association of University Administrators (AAUA): AAUA seeks to promote excellence in the administration of higher education. It is primarily geared to middle and upper level administrators. view webpage

American Council on Education (ACE): ACE, the major coordinating body for all higher education institutions, seeks to provide leadership and a unifying voice on key higher education issues and to influence public policy through advocacy, research, and program initiatives. The website offers extensive resources regarding significant topics in higher education, such as access and enrollment, graduate education, and student financing. view webpage

American Educational Research Association (AERA): With over 20,000 members, AERA is the largest professional organization dedicated to educational research. Higher education, Division J, is one of twelve divisions in the association and has over 2,000 members. view webpage

Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE): ASHE focuses exclusively on the study and improvement of higher education. Its 800 members include professors, researchers, administrators, policy analysts, and graduate students. view webpage

Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB): AGB is the only national organization providing university and college presidents, board chairs and individual trustees of both public and private institutions with the resources they need to enhance their effectiveness. view webpage

American College Personnel Association (ACPA): ACPA has approximately 6,000 members representing all areas of student affairs. The association is structured into 16 focused commissions. view webpage
