“Constructive Criticism: The Role of Faculty Feedback on African American and Hispanic Students’ Educational Gains.”

He concluded that constructive criticism within an educational environment of ‘wise-schooling’ could offer useful opportunities for faculty to enhance minority students’ academic success and educational satisfaction
