Registration:

The registration fee of $450 for the Conference will cover attendance of all technical sessions, daily continental breakfast and lunch, a reception, the Conference banquet, a copy of Book of Abstracts, and a copy of the Conference Proceedings. Student registration fee is $175.

Conference registration can be done through the Conference web site (see "Online Registration", OR go to www.usc.edu/4wcscm and click on "Online Registration"), with payment made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), or through a check in US dollars (certified check, or personal check drawn on a US bank) made payable to "UC Regents" with "SSRWCSM/66850A-Pacheco" on the memo line, and mailed to the Conference secretariat.

Participants registering before 1 May 2006 are eligible for a reduced registration fee of $400, and a Student registration fee of $150. Participants registering after July 1 will be considered "on-site" registration ($550 full, $225 student).

All presenters must register early (by 1 May 2006) to keep the corresponding paper in the technical program.

Refund Information: Registrations cancelled by 1 June 2006 will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. To request a refund, contact the Conference secretariat <iascm@usc.edu> (please do not contact Acteva directly; they will not issue a refund except at the request of the Conference secretariat).

Wire transfers: Credit card and check are the strongly preferred payment methods; for those that must use a wire transfer, please register online using the "pay by check" option and contact the conference secretariat <iascm@usc.edu> for wire transfer information.
