Research Interests

• Inelastic dynamic behavior of systems subjected to dynamic loads and correlation with measured response
• Earthquake resistant design of structural systems including base isolation
• Computer aided design of structures in steel and reinforced concrete
• Large-scale testing of structural components and assemblies in steel and reinforced concrete
• Application of high strength concrete to tall buildings located in seismic regions
