Biographical Information

Engineer’s Degree – 1978 – Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France

Among other distinctions, Dr. Bardet was awarded the Young Presidential Investigator Award of the National Science Foundation and the Gillbreth lecture of the National Academy of Engineering. He authored a textbook in experimental soil mechanics and more than 100 technical publications. He is an associate editor of several professional journals in engineering.
