In addition to teaching in the USC construction program, Professor Glasser is a Project Controls Manager for Jacobs Facilities .  He has 35 years of construction management experience and specializes in pre-development services, planning, scheduling and project control and has worked on a variety of commercial projects (office, retail, healthcare, industrial) and public works projects (schools, university, court houses, correctional facilities, aviation, and civil and utility).

His experience includes the development of complex project master schedules and detailed construction schedules used to manage design and construction projects.  Additionally, his background includes projects accounting and document control procedures, claims analysis and software utilization (Primavera Project Planner (P3), Sure Track, Microsoft Project and Time Machine).
