Biographical Information

Mr. Tkach is a project manager for Morley Builders, Inc., an ENR top 200 construction firm based in Santa Monica, California. He currently manages projects in their San Diego office, specializing in structural cast-in-place concrete.

Mr. Tkach has held positions at Morley in estimating and pre-construction, as well as in field operations for both commercial and multi-family residential projects. Mr. Tkach has previous experience in the building industry as a structural designer with a consulting firm specializing in commercial construction, and as a project associate for a non-profit housing developer.
