Attached is a flyer inviting students to attend the California Water Environment Association (CWEA) Annual Conference which is being held in the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California this April 2007. As you know, CWEA is committed to the training of wastewater professionals. The conference is from April 17 through 21, 2007 and features presentations on a variety to topics related to wastewater collection systems, engineering and research, biosolids, pollution prevention, public education, laboratory training that students should find interesting. The students can attend the conference for free. They can attend for the entire conference, or attend a day at their convenience.

Please share this flyer and information with any students that you think may be interested. The attached flyer provided information regarding the conference (include the web site link information), the Student Paper Session, which will take place on Friday, April 20 and a student mixer that will immediately follow. This would be a great opportunity for students to see student paper presentations and meet other students and working professionals in the field.

Our goal is to increase student participation in CWEA events and we are looking for your help to achieve this goal. If you provide me with your mailing address, I will also mail you some conference brochures.
