| Venue and Date: | ICOSSAR '01 will be held at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Tennis Club in Newport Beach, California, USA, from June 17 (Sunday) to June 21 (Thursday), 2001. See the Schedule page for a detailed schedule. With the exception of the optional Newport Beach Harbor dinner cruise, all social and technical events will take place on the Marriott grounds. | Registration: | Registration fees are as per the following table. (See the registration page for online registration or a registration form you can print and fax/mail.) Student registration includes the Sunday icebreaker, Monday reception, coffee breaks, and continental breakfast. Full registration also includes the Wednesday banquet, the abstract book, and the CD-ROM proceedings. Guest registration includes the icebreaker, reception, and banquet.
The registration fee may be paid via credit card (Visa/MasterCard), check, wire or money order in US dollars. Checks and money orders should be made out to IASSAR. Please fill out the appropriate information on the registration form. Cancellation / Refund Policy: Refunds for cancelled registrations will be granted up to May 28. A $40 cancellation fee will be charged for administrative expenses. E-mail icossar@usc.edu if necessary to cancel registration. Required Paper Deposit: An early registration payment or a deposit of $150/paper must be received by April 30 to guarantee the paper be included in the program. (For authors with multiple papers, no more than $550 is required regardless of the number of papers.)
Optional Harbor Dinner Cruise: An optional Newport Beach Harbor dinner cruise will be available on Tuesday 19 June (technical sessions end mid-afternoon on Tuesday) for $50/person, up to a maximum of 150 people (first-come basis). Use the registration pages to sign up. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Lodging: | A block of hotel rooms have been reserved in the Marriott until May 28, 2001. Several other hotels in the vicinity are also available. Please see the ICOSSAR '01 Hotel Info/Reservations page for hotel information. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Publications: | Balkema will produce a book of abstracts (to be distributed at the Conference) and a CD-ROM proceedings (will be mailed to all full registrants approximately 6 months after the Conference). Only those papers that are presented at the ICOSSAR '01 will be published on the CD-ROM Conference Proceedings. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
