Dr. Detlof von Winterfeldt is the Director of CREATE. He is a Professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Viterbi School of Engineering and a Professor of Public Policy and Management  at the School of Policy, Planning and Development. He is an expert in decision and risk analysis with particular interest in the application of these fields to environmental, technology, and safety problems.

Dr. Isaac Maya, P.E., is CREATE's Director of Research. He has over 26 years of experience in research and development in both academic and industrial environments. He is an expert in interdisciplinary research program and project management and high technology product development. full bio

Erroll Southers is CREATE's Associate Director for Special  Programs. Erroll also teaches at USC’s School of Policy, Planning and Development (SPPD). He was founding co-chair of the Alumni Association at SPPD and will remain active on the school’s executive board. full bio

Kelly Gribben is CREATE’s Associate Director for External Relations. She manages the external relations of the center, including media relations, business partnerships and events. She has over 10 years of communications experience in both governmental and business organizations. full bio

Sabrina Feeley is CREATE’s Business Manager. She monitors, reconciles, analyzes and reports on all budget activity for the center. She also coordinates all personnel actions. full bio
