Colts C.C. beat Victoria by 8 wickets, taking their record to 2 wins and 1 loss
in the league season.

Colts put Victoria into bat and bundled them out in 22 overs for 70.  The
Colts spin duo of Aravindan Wijayachandran and Mercyn Fernando operated to
maximum effect in tandem.  A.W. had a career best 6/20 and M.F. 3/15!
Chasing 70 runs, Colts lost both Atif and Shivanan with the score at 3
(3/2).  Venkatesh (Venky) Panchapagesan and Ashutosh saw us through with
Venky being unbeaten on 47!  He was 46 when one run was needed and hit the
ball high only to see it land just inside the boundary and come to a dead
stop.  The batsmen ran for one and the game was over!
