Hi Guys:

The Colts did it again! Another record!  I lost the toss & they quite
unwisely put us into bat.  We were all out for 181 with Ashwin Rao making an
absolutely brilliant 70 runs on an uneven and unpredictable pitch.  Venky
Kulkarni got a "quick fire" 35.  They went into bat at 4:00 p.m. and the
game was over by 5:15 p.m.  Victoria were bundled out for 23!  This is a
record for Colts.  The S.C.C.A. record is held by Caribbean who bundled out
some team for 15!  Mervyn Fernando had 3 wickets for 2 runs!  Arvin Varma,
Aravindan Wijayachandran and Swaminathan Krishnan had two wickets each.  The
highlight of our fielding was when..  Venky Kulkarni misfielded one while
the batsmen crossed and kind of dawdled towards the ball, tempting the
batsmen into a run that WAS there!  As the batsmen started, Venky Kulkarni
scooped the ball at a deep extra cover position and through a lightning
return to Ashwin Rao over the bails to easily run out the batsman!
