• Program participants are formed into cohorts of 20-22 students. The cohort stays together for the full extent of the program. Through group assignments you will work together to solve six major school business issues. You will also compare your learning on several independent issues as well.

• Online resources feature over 25 of the best school business experts and consultants in the state.

• Your learning experience is enhanced by making simulated business decisions faced in any school business organization. In each of your six modules you will learn how to deal with real-world obstacles in areas such as budget development, resource allocation, stakeholder management, charter schools, special projects and more.

• The simulated problems you solve are immediately applicable to your current workplace, increasing your productivity and effectiveness.

• Field work projects will provide evidence of your ability to apply the learning to real world work assignments.

• You will be assigned a mentor to bridge the general learning to your career planning and to your field work project.

• You will be qualified for nearly all requirements for CASBO certification.
