Jennifer Hirman is a research associate with the Center on Education Governance. She received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in December, 2004 from Arizona State University with a research focus on Arizona's funding of charter schools. She has a bachelor's degree in economics from USC and a master's degree in education from Stanford University. Jennifer's work experience includes the Arizona Board of Regents, WestEd, The Council of Educational Facility Planners, and K-12 teaching . Her research interests include charter school legislation and funding, and education reform.
