A Brief Summary

Collaborations have been established between Texas Tech University and our pulsed power group at USC for the development of a sealed ultra-compact Back-lighted Thyratron (mini-BLT). The team will integrate specialized brazing and welding technology to design enclosed gas reservoirs and handling systems to enable the potential commercialization of such compact gas phase switches.
