In July, senator Adam Schiff, 21st District, hosted a conference at Glendale Community college to provide information to small business owners and operators. Topics included capital formation and finacing programs, small business development, Using and acessessing technology and the Interenet, and tax incentives, programs and agencies. Speakers included represenatives from the Small Business Administration, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Franchise Tax Board.
