What is the Techno Manifesto?

The Techno Manifesto is the offical monthly journal of the Los Angeles Regional Technology Alliance (LARTA) Corporation. Our mission is to inform, challenge and inspire readers through divergent ideas and by providing an open forum for discussion and exchange of ideas.

Editorial Policy: The opinions expressed in this journal do not necessarily reflect those of the LARTA Corporation, the Office of Strategic Technology or the California Trade and Commerce Agency. Letters to the Editor may be submitted either via electronic mail to Julie Kibbler (jkibbler@larta.org) or via postal service to the Techno Manifesto, 746 W. Adams Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90007. Letters may be edited for content and/or length.
