Dick Knopf is a project manager here at the ETTC. He is responsible for the management of the affiliate network with a special emphasis on business development.

Highlights: 

  • Founder, Chairman, CEO, TCI. During his tenure there, he made an acquistion of Division of NYSE Company and attained dominant market share for computer software company. He raised $31,000,000 of equity financing from individuals under strict SEC compliance.

  • President, Tuscon Homebuilding Division, U.S. Home Corporation. Instumental in moving the division from 43rd to 1st in performance ranking.

  • CEO (of a division of the largest shipping company in the world), Trans World Housing

  • President, Relocatable Housing Division, Pepsico Building Systems

  • Executive Vice President, Rand Whitney Corporation

  • Assistant to President, Four Roses Division, Joseph E. Seagram and Sons

  • During his tenure as President and CEO, Interactive Machines Inc. (IMI) was: recognized as a pioneer in Computer Graphics, featured in Fortune Magazine's "Companies to Watch" and the Los Angeles Times business section.

  • During his tenure as Vice President of Operations and Executive Technology Director, Digital Productions (DP) received an Academy Award for Technical Excellence, several Clios (for excellence in advertising), and various international design awards. DP was a $24 million super computer time-share facility that featured a Cray supercomputer.

  • He is a former Lieutenant and Gunnery Officer for the United States Navy, completing BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition, SEAL) Training.

  • He received his masters from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, graduating in the top 10% of his class.
