Bachelor of Science in Lifespan Health
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in lifespan health, students are thoroughly grounded in the study of the biomedical aspects of wellbeing, including disease prevention, detection and treatment. Students intending to pursue graduate studies in any health field—from medicine, pharmacy, physical therapy to psychology—will enjoy a competitive edge and a deeper understanding of how their chosen profession intertwines with the human condition across the spectrum of age. Students also supplement their studies with real-world experience via a supervised internship in which they become directly involved with aging clients. Admission to this program is granted through USC’s admission process. The same foreign language requirement for the B.S. in Human Development and Aging is required as well as the USC Core.
