Carl Renold Ph.D.
Associate Director of Distance Learning and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Gerontology.

Dr. Carl Renold, received his Ph.D. in gerontology from USC in 1995. He is currently the Associate Director of Distance Learning and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Gerontology at the Andrus Gerontology Center. From 1995 to 1998 Dr. Renold was the Endowed Assistant Professor of Gerontology at Northeast Louisiana University. Prior to 1995, Carl worked for several years as an administrator in the Orange County Health Care Agency. He is actively involved in research on distance learning and the use of computers by seniors. He lives in Orange County with his wife Chris, daughter Nicole and son Lowell.
