Giving to Gerontology
Fundraising Needs
The Ethel Percy Andrus Gerontology Center's current funding needs are support for the following:
- Alzheimer disease research
- Research on the aging brain
- Research on Parkinson disease and other neurodegenerative diseases
- Other research to include: memory problems, demographic trends, biological changes with age, the aging workforce, government policy, intergenerational relationships, housing for the elderly and retirement
- Caregiving and caregiving services
- Counseling for older adults
- The Davis School of Gerontology and training future gerontologists
- Scholarship support for students to attend the school of gerontology at USC
