Fundraising Needs

The Ethel Percy Andrus Gerontology Center's current funding needs are support for the following:

  • Alzheimer disease research
  • Research on the aging brain
  • Research on Parkinson disease and other neurodegenerative diseases
  • Other research to include: memory problems, demographic trends, biological changes with age, the aging workforce, government policy, intergenerational relationships, housing for the elderly and retirement
  • Caregiving and caregiving services
  • Counseling for older adults
  • The Davis School of Gerontology and training future gerontologists
  • Scholarship support for students to attend the school of gerontology at USC
