Seung youn Kim

Seungyoun Kim is a doctoral student and research assistant of the Davis School of Gerontology. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Korea University in 2003; Masters Degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Korea University in 2006. She worked at Inje University Ilsan Baik Hospital until 2009 and was licensed in clinical psychology in Korea.

Her current and future research interests include the positive aspects of aging. She has actively participated in ongoing research examining wisdom and aging and age differences in emotion and cognition. Seungyoun Kim is currently working on cross-cultural research on wisdom funded by USC Ph.D. Student Summer Institute.
