Sharon Haymond

Sharon provides consulting services to the HR Partners and supervisors, with a focus on performance, as well as overseeing all HR and Compensation operations. She's been with USC since 1972.
Mei Tse
Assistant Director | meifangt@usc.edu
Mei advises HR Partners and managers on employment policies, corrective and disciplinary actions, layoffs and reorganizations, and terminations. She came to USC in 2004 after working at Coca-Cola Bottling Company in the HR field. Mei earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and social behavior from UC Irvine.
Kathleen Muché

Kathy oversees the Staff Compensation Program and provides consulting services to HR Partners and managers on their unique compensation issues. A Trojan alumna, she came to USC in 1986 and has since earned a master's degree in public administration, as well as seeing both her son and daughter earn USC degrees.
Erin Lem

Erin advises units on staff compensation policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. She is responsible for evaluating existing and proposed positions, and creating and revising job descriptions. Erin joined USC in 2008 after previous employment as a compensation analyst. She is a Certified Compensation Professional.
Rachel Levy

Rachel analyzes HR data, staff pay practices, and special data projects. She came to USC in 2003 after working as a compensation specialist at HealthNet, Inc. Rachel earned a bachelor's degree in both business administration and drama from the University of Washington, and is a Certified Compensation Professionalas well as a working actress and voiceover artist in the L.A. area.
Lanie Motley

Lanie provides compensation services to departments and schools across the University Park Campus. She joined USC in 1990.
Leticia Molina
University Leave Coordinator | leticiam@usc.edu
Leticia provides consulting services to employees and supervisors regarding leaves of absence, and helps departments ensure compliance with accommodations related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. She worked in the HR field prior to arriving at USC in 2007.
Sara Padilla-Casillas

Sara is a lead trainer for Workday, USC's new human capital management and payroll system. She arrived at USC in 2010 after working as an operations manager for the L.A. Unified School District's community outreach program. She holds a bachelor's degree in business management and a Professional in Human Resources certification.
Annette Truong

Annette supports the development of research protocols for projects or studies, and coordinates or oversees both whole or segment research and projects such as data collection or analysis. She came to USC in 2012 after working in the HR field at the Getty Museum. Annette holds a degree in business administration with an emphasis in e-commerce.
Patricia Gonzales

Pat processes severance and settlement payments, provides information on service credit history for all faculty and staff, and provides personal assistance to the department executive director. She started at USC in 1986; prior to that she was a full time wife and mother.
Gloria Orozco
Administrative Assistant II | gorozco@usc.edu
Gloria assists with questions on staff policies and procedure, and interacts with departments in processing requests for layoffs, reorganizations and data, etc. She also provides personal assistance to the department executive director. Gloria worked for the L.A. Unified School District prior to joining USC in 1990, and is the mother of four and the grandmother of nine.
