Education

Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Dissertation: "Steady State Thermal Analysis of an Integrated Circuit Package."
MS in Mechanical Engineering, University of Southern California.
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Manhattan College, New York City.

Experience
Extensive experience in teaching in higher education, manufacturing, design, and research. Expert in Manufacturing Scheduling and Statistical Process Control. Ability to quickly acquire new technologies and accommodate to new situations. Broad experience in strategic planning, project management, planning and implementation of cost reduction initiatives. Various positions at Xerox Corporation over a period of 25 years, El Segundo, CA -- Manager, Manufacturing Research; Manager, Industrial Engineering, Southern California Manufacturing Operations; Manager, Manufacturing/Product Engineering, Electronics Division, El Segundo, CA; Member of the Research Staff, Palo Alto Research Center, Advanced Development Laboratory.  Speak fluent Hungarian and German, limited French, read classical Latin.
