Undergraduates Participating in the Viterbi Summer Overseas Program Get a Behind-the-Scenes Look at the Technical Systems and Operations of Disneyland Resort Paris

June 20, 2007 —

Undergraduates taking ISE 460: Engineering Economy as part of the Viterbi Summer Overseas Program participated in a field trip to Disneyland Resort Paris that included a rare, behind the scenes examination of the resort's technical systems and operations. The visit was arranged by Theodore Mayeshiba, who, along with Virgil Adumitroaie, traveled with the Viterbi students and staff to Paris to team teach ISE 460. During the academic year, Mr. Mayeshiba teaches the Epstein ISE Department's capstone undergraduate sequence. Dr. Adumotroaie teaches a graduate class in advanced engineering economy.
