Rectin Lecture and First General Meeting
Date: Friday, September 25, 2009
Time: 4:00PM (general meeting immediately following at RTH Patio)
Location: GER Auditorium

Join the Institute of Indutrial Engineers for the Rechtin Lecture featuring Dr. Richard K. Miller at 4PM in the GER Auditorium, September 25th.  We will have our first meeting right after the lecture starting at 5:30PM next the RTH patio.  This will be a great chance for you to mingle with fellow IIE members, ISE faculty and professional IIE members.  Food will be provided.

Want to become more involved on campus and with IIE in particular? This is your chance!!

If you or someone you know is interested in running for a leadership position on next year's IIE board, please read the attached document for more info. There are five positions available: President, VP of Corporate Affairs, VP of Student Affairs, Treasurer, and Secretary.

Want to nominate yourself or someone you know? Simply fill out the nomination form and send it back to iie@usc.edu by April 13, 2008!!

Elections will be held on April 13.



E-week DiscoverE: Call for Volunteers!
When: February 22nd, 9am - 12:30pm
Where: E-Quad (IIE Booth)
What: Around 300 middle school students will visit the Viterbi School of Engineering to learn what engineering is all about. At the IIE both we will show the students what Industrial & System engineers can do with a fun activity!

If you have 30 minutes or more to spare and want to get involved please email iie@usc.edu or sjherzog@usc.edu with your availability between 9am and 12:30pm on the 22nd. Any help will be greatly appreciated.



E-week Jousting Competition
