Executive MBA Program (EMBA)

The USC Marshall Executive MBA (EMBA) Program is designed for senior managers and seasoned professionals who wish to remain fully employed as they pursue their graduate studies.  The USC Marshall School of Business has recently expanded our highly ranked EMBA Program to San Diego County.  Professionals now have the opportunity to choose from the Los Angeles EMBA Program or the San Diego EMBA Program located at the La Costa Executive Learning Center in Carlsbad, California. Classes meet bi-weekly on Fridays and Saturdays and are taught exclusively by USC Marshall's world-class faculty.

PRACTICAL TEACHING FOR EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS

We have created a unique curriculum structure that combines an integrated curriculum with cross-functional content.  Our teaching approach emphasizes the importance of functional interaction that takes stand-alone courses in traditional business school disciplines, such as statistics, economics and accounting, and presents them together in a thematic structure to address far-reaching business issues.
In the first year, you focus on operational issues. We emphasize skill building and concentrate on fundamental business concepts such as cash flow, value chain and product life-cycle analysis. We emphasize global issues throughout the program, but specifically, you gain a broad understanding of strategic issues and key topics such as international financial market relationships during the second year.
You complete the program in 21 months, attending classes bi-weekly Friday and Saturday at the University Park campus or at the La Costa Executive Learning Center in Carlsbad, California.
At the end of the comprehensive EMBA Program, you will earn your MBA from one of the nation's top-ranked business schools. You'll also capitalize on the strategic advantages of lifetime membership in the Trojan Family and USC Marshall's 70,000-plus alumni network.
