USC Salary Ranges

The university has eliminated the utilization of the Cross-University, Information Technology and Health-Related Salary Schedules for jobs.

Staff in the Compensation Office will now provide HR representatives with recommended hiring ranges, by position, based on university-wide data and/or the external market. Departments should be prepared to identify budget limitations and discuss internal equity.

Other employees may obtain pay information for jobs from their HR representative and/or job postings on the Employee Recruitment web site at www.usc.edu/jobs . General information may be obtained by referring to web sites on the internet such as www.salary.com .
