Grades Reporter
Grades for Physics 151 can be retrieved electronically by sending
mail to

Here's a sample report.. Your USC e-mail address must be known to your instructor in order for your grades to be released to you. If it is not, you will only receive a report of how everyone else (on average) is doing. Important:The address must be your USC e-mail address, not one through an outside ISP. The Grades Reporter will not send grades off-campus.
Because the Bookstore is temporarily out of stock of the textbook, we are temporarily making available this PDF version of Chapter 1 so that you will be able to complete the quiz/quizzes for this week.
Midterm I
The first midterm will be on Thurday, Feb. 19, beginning at 5:00 pm.
The exam duration is 60 minutes and covers chapters 1-8. No
calculators or other electronic devices of any kind will be allowed.
Room assignments are by lecture instructor, with Dr. Gould's class
further separated by last name. See the Exams
page for your specific assignment.
The second midterm will be on Thurday, April 1, beginning at 5:00 pm. The exam will last 60 minutes and covers chapters 9-14. No calculators or other electronic devices of any kind will be allowed.
Dr. Burke's section will be in SGM 124, while both Dr. Gould's and Dr. Johnson's sections will be in SGM 123 separated in the middle, with Dr. Johnson's students sitting on the left as seen from your perspective sitting in the seats taking the exam.
