  Everyone should go to the beach because it’s not anywhere else—it’s unique to Los Angeles. The beaches in Malibu are nicer, but Santa Monica is more convenient and there is fun stuff to do at the pier.

  It’s a good resource so you can find out when important things like spring break, homecoming and university holidays are.
• Get Involved
  Get involved as much as you can because when you’re involved, you’re not bored. You also learn time management by juggling classes and extracurricular activities.
• Campus Cruiser
  I use it whenever I’m out in the neighborhood, especially when it’s raining and at night.
• Make Connections
  The connections you can make on campus are valuable. You meet a lot of real talented people—there is a bunch of talent in this school.
