Baccalaureate Dinner
You and your family are welcome to attend the
Baccalaureate Dinner which takes place immediately after the
Baccalaureate Ceremony on Thursday, May 11, 2006. The
2006 Baccalaureate Dinner has been SOLD OUT.
Join
1,200 other graduates, family members, as well as university and
religious representatives under a huge tent at the Pardee Way entrance
to campus (by the Alumni House). Signs will direct guests from the
ceremony to the dinner. We recommend that you park in Parking Structure
X (off Figueroa).
Unlike the Baccalaureate Ceremony which is not
ticketed, reservations are required for the dinner.
This event always sells out early, so be sure to get your reservation
in as soon as possible.
The cost per person (including the graduate) is $30. This price
includes dinner, dessert, wine or other beverage, and gratuity.
At the time of reservation, you will have a choice of a chicken
or vegetarian entree.
In order to allow all students an equal opportunity
to purchase tickets, no orders will be accepted until the Commencement
Information packets are mailed (see this page for updates). In these
packets you will find a response card that can be sent in to reserve
your spot.
A confirmation letter will be sent to all guests
whose reservations were accepted by mid-April.
If your card has been charged (or your check
has been cashed) and you have not received a confirmation letter
by April 19th, please telephone (213) 740-6786.
Important Information

OUT.
Tickets: Remember, there are
no physical tickets for this event. To speed up the check-in process
we ask that you do bring your confirmation letter to the event.

(1,200) there will be two check-in opportunities. The first will
be before the baccalaureate ceremony in Bovard Auditorium between

You need only check-in at one location.
Cancellation policy: As noted in your
confirmation mailing, April 27, 2006 is the deadline to cancel your
reservation and receive a refund. After that time period, all reservations
are non-refundable. However, as a courtesy to other families on
the wait-list, please call our office if you know that you will
be unable to attend so that we may fill your seats.
There are no cancellations of reservations if moved from the wait-list.
