Cinema-Television

Main Ceremony: Candidates for degrees are to assemble by 8:00 a.m. on the McCarthy Quad side of Hellman Way (point B). The Processional will take place at 8:30 a.m., and the Commencement Ceremony will start at 9:00 a.m., lasting for about an hour.

Satellite Ceremony: The satellite ceremony will begin at 2:30 p.m. at the Shrine Auditorium; it is expected to last about two hours.  Students and guests enter Shrine Auditorium at 2:00 pm.

Tickets: Tickets are required for entry to the satellite ceremony. To register for graduation and order tickets, students must fill out Commencement Cards in their division office between March 1 and April 1. Tickets must be picked up in your division offices between April 26 and May 12 at noon. Each student is limited to eight tickets; if more are needed, please see your division coordinator. Graduating students are not required to have tickets.
Satellite Ceremony Video: There will be no video available for purchase.
Satellite Ceremony Photographs: Professional graduation photography will be provided by brightroom, Inc. Photos will be available to view, share, and order online here.

Graduates will also receive proofs via mail.

Reception:

The reception will follow the satellite ceremony at the School of Cinema-Television Lloyd and Carson Sound Stages and is expected to last about two hours.
Other:

Eligible students will receive honor cords free of charge from the school through their Division Office once they have registered and ordered tickets.

Students should contact their Division Office to get all other information regarding Commencement and how to register, get tickets, regalia, etc. There will also be a timeline posted outside the Dean's Office for general reference, but all questions need to be addressed to the student's Division Office
