Literary Luncheon

Aimee Bender
Please join Dean Catherine Quinlan and the Friends of the USC Libraries for a Literary Luncheon with Pushcart Prize-winning author and USC faculty Professor of English Aimee Bender. Bender will discuss her book The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake, the story of a young girl who discovers that she has the magical ability to taste the secret emotions of her friends and family in the food they cook.
Bender is the author of The Girl in the Flammable Skirt, An Invisible Sign of My Own, Willful Creatures, and The Third Elevator and is a professor of English in the USC David and Dana Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences.
