ESVP

Electronic Reservation System:
The Office of Cultural Relations and University Events developed an electronic reservation system to aid in reservation accuracy and to alleviate the time event planners spend taking reservations via the telephone.  This ESVP, or online RSVP and event information system, allows your guests to easily go online to make their reservation while saving their phone calls for important event questions.  The event planner has constant access to their ESVP event status of accepts and regrets.  We offer a number of different services in regards to our ESVP system:

Basic ESVP - consists of the creation of the ESVP with no phone or response card support.

• Please allow two business days for pages to be posted*

ESVP with phone support - consists of the creation of the ESVP and utilizing the Cultural Relations and Events Reservation Center, which is staffed from 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday, to process phone reservations.

• Please allow two business days for pages to be posted*

ESVP with credit card transactions - consists of the ESVP with phone support and processing of events that have credit card transactions.  Please note the cost difference for events with over 500 ESVPs.

• Please allow five business days for pages to be posted*

ESVP with international credit card transactions - consists of the ESVP with phone support and processing of events that have credit card transactions.  Please note the cost difference for events with over 500 ESVPs.

With all ESVPs that require credit card transactions, please take note that a 4% fee of your total transactions will be charged for e-commerce fees.
