ESVP
Electronic Reservation System:
The Office of Protocol and University Events developed an electronic reservation system to aid in reservation accuracy and to alleviate the time event planners spend taking reservations via the telephone. This ESVP, or online RSVP and event information system, allows your guests to easily go online to make their reservation while saving their phone calls for important event questions. The event planner has constant access to their ESVP event status of accepts and regrets.
We offer a number of different services in regards to our ESVP system:
The Basic ESVP - consists of the creation of the ESVP with no phone or response card support.
The Basic ESVP with Office Support - consists of the creation of the ESVP and utilizing the Protocol and Events
Reservation Center, which is staffed from 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday,
to process phone reservations and manage response cards.
The Basic ESVP with Credit Card transactions - consists of the Basic ESVP with support for events that have credit
card transactions. Please note the cost difference for events with over 500 ESVPs.
