The USC Thornton Opera, in collaboration with the USC Thornton Symphony, will perform Osvaldo Golijov’s award-winning opera Ainadamar. With a Spanish-language libretto by renowned playwright David Henry Hwang, Ainadamar (Arabic for “Fountain of Tears”) imagines the final hours of the brilliant Spanish poet and playwright Federico García Lorca.
