Family and Dependent Care: Consultation and Resources

We recognize that the contribution of each individual employee is essential to the success of the University. And, we are aware that your best efforts are made when you know your family is well cared for, safe and sound. Taking care of a family is sometimes a challenge, so at these times we want to be one of your resources as you strive to be a good parent, partner, child, caregiver and/or employee.

Often, solutions to the challenges and responsibilities of parenting, child care and elder care require finding the appropriate resources to assist them, and ourselves. It may also mean exploring options and making decisions about how to best care for our dependent family members. At the Center for Work and Family Life, we are available to help you find the resources you seek to successfully care for those most precious to you.

The links below offer information that may be helpful to you. Additionally, a member of our staff is available to meet with you to discuss your needs and concerns. Our staff can be reached at (213) 821-0800.
