Health Promotion and Workplace Wellness

At the Center for Work and Family Life, we recognize and champion the importance of promoting health and wellness among all members of the university community. Wellness means living a healthy, balanced lifestyle that incorporates positive attitudes and productive behaviors related to the physical, emotional, psychological, family, social, spiritual and occupational spheres of your life. Wellness begins with a conscious, active decision to shape a healthy lifestyle that ideally becomes a lifelong process of maintaining awareness and making choices toward a more satisfying, resilient and productive life.
At the Center for Work and Family Life our goals are to promote an awareness of healthy personal practices and lifestyle choices, and to create and facilitate opportunities for members of the Trojan family to pursue their own unique wellness objectives. We offer personal consultation and coaching, links to other resources at USC and within the community, and programmatic and educational offerings to help faculty, staff and their families achieve and maintain positive well-being.
