The Center for the Inclusive Workplace's mission is:

1. To improve the fit between the needs of individuals and their families, work organizations, and communities around the globe through research, demonstration projects and program evaluation.
   
   
2. To generate knowledge in the area of social services and the world of work that will inform practice and policy in the various fields of human service provision in industrialized communities.
   
   
3. To introduce and test the effectiveness of innovative workplace programs based on humanistic values and principles that benefit both individuals and work organizations.
