Mr. Buffett is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The GSI Group, a company primarily engaged in the manufacture of agricultural equipment. From 1992 until July 5, 1995, Mr. Buffett had been Vice President, Assistant to the Chairman and a Director of Archer Daniels Midland Company, a company engaged principally in the business of processing and merchandising agricultural commodities. He is also a director of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. and Lindsay Manufacturing Co.
