They publish Grant Alerts at this site: companies/foundation who have money
they are looking to give for projects in certain fields that are of interest
to them, and the amount being offered (if available). ASCD lists writing
tips, web sites to check, and non-US weblinks.

Philanthropy is specifically designed for development
programs for hospitals and health care organizations. Includes information
on employment opportunities, education and networking opportunities, and

Graduate School Of Education geared toward educators but provides useful
