These are meant to be areas that do not typically appear on the likes of the Forbes Most Expensive Zip Codes list:

These zips are offered for possible guideline purposes only. All the suggestions are assumed to be brilliant and have been accepted “as is” with no additional verification from the USC crew.

I was looking at your zip code wealth index.  I think you should consider zip code 35213.  This is a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama that is primarily in the city of Mountain Brook.  In many past listings, this zip code has been included.  There are many, many homes with values in excess of $1.0M.  The wealthiest in Birmingham primarily live here and include professionals and business owners.

It's very nice because all the homes are very tasteful and quiet.  The classier rich people live here - old money.  Can't believe you left if out.

million and an average household income over $175,000.

 

Stamford, CT 06903 has an average income of $287,537. Off the top of my head we are the home of Gene Weilder.  We house General Electric Capital, GTE, Hyperion, XEROX, Pitney Bowes, UBS WARBURG, etc.  The majority of 06903 residents are corporate executives.  The majority of homes are over 1 million dollars and the average acre of land is over $100,000.  We are nesteled between New York city (apprx. 35 minds away) and Hartford (hour away).  I hope you consider 06903

Try 19807, it’s considered to be the wealthiest area to live in Delaware.  Many of the homes sell for more than $500,000 and the buyers are executives with MBNA and the DuPont Company.  These executives also live in 19710, 19806 and 19357 and farther into Pennsylvania.

 

FL

 

Naples, Florida should be added to the list because the average property values are well over $500,000.  I am sure that the annual incomes exceed $150,000 as well.  Surrounding zip codes in Naples may even have higher numbers.  Zip code is: Naples, FL 34102

I believe the zip code 30062 should be added to the list. It is my zip code and has been decided as the richest zip code in Georgia. The average price of a home in the 30062 area is $800,000.

08540 Princeton - The Princeton zip code of 08540 is a very exclusive zip code.  Its much more distinguished than 08550 (Princeton Junction) which is currently listed on your website.  I live in Princeton Junction.  I know for a fact that if my home was in 08540 it would be almost double the price.  Check on www.realtor.com to compare.

Incline Village, Nevada is a high profile area of Lake Tahoe where a large number of wealthy individuals live (retire to) or have second homes. The zip code is 89450. Might suggest it be one of the wealthier zips.

“Another thing for people to take into account, in my perhaps not terribly
humble opinion, is age and whether a household is a single person, or a
whole family...if it is true that the earlier someone adds giving into
their budget, the likelier that number is to grow later on...

In that spirit, 10007, 10013, 10282, 10280 have a lot of young wealthy
people -- bankers, consultants, entertainment industry & media people.  And
insanely high property values.  These neighborhoods are Tribeca and Battery
Park City in NYC.  10013 is a bit of a dark horse, since there is a large
subsidized housing complex in that zip, which really skews the zip's
averages (10013 actually contains some of the higher end real estate in the
neighborhood).  Another consideration for people using urban zip code
lists.  (also, this is the area for the former World Trade Center, not sure
how that affects the demographic numbers.  In terms of giving, it would be
my perception that people are more willing to give now...)

zip area, we are trying to grow the business by focusing very strongly on
our neighborhood.  I started to look at the demographic info for

11024 is in great neck new york. just about evryone who lives in 11024(kings point) has either a mercedes, bmw, lexus, or

caddilac escalade. many of the houses are waterfront or gigantic, or waterfront and gigantic. …

Indian Hill (Suburb of Cincinnati) Zip Code is 45243.

I think you should check it out. It is one of the wealthiest communities in the Cincinnati area. I am positive that most of the homes in the area are in your range, or well above. As far as household income goes, I would imagine it would fall within your range as well, some of the most prominent figures in Cincinnati reside there. Just a thought!
