End of Year Picnic
The end of the year is at hand, and we are having a picnic to
celebrate. This will be on Saturday, May 4, 11AM-5PM at the
West-Wishire park. It's also known as Pan-Pacific Park, and it is
located between first and third streets and Gardner.
From USC -- Take 10 West to LaBrea, get off going North. Take LaBrea to 3rd Street, go west (left). Take 3rd to Gardner Street, just past the 7-11, and you can park either on LaBrea, on Gardner, or in the small parking lot at the rec center/library at 141 S. Gardner.
From the Westside -- Take 10 East to LaBrea, get off going North. Then follor the directions above. Alternatively, take Beverly Blvd. East all the way to Gardner (Between Fairfax and LaBrea). Go South (right) on Gardner, then park on Gardner, or in the rec center at 141 S. Gardner.
From the North -- Take the 110 S. to the 10 West, and follow the directions from USC.
At the park, we have reserved the lower picnic area, where there are tables and benches, as well as a large grass area. We've paid our dough, so we can kick off others there.
