Journals,
Websites
- The
Electronic Journal of Sociology. This journal deals with some
technology, sociology issues, and can be read on-line. It is a
refereed journal.
- CTheory.
This electronic forum deals mostly with culture, very much with
postmodernism. Jean Baudrillard is a contributing member, among
others. In addition, to subscribe, send a message to
listserv@vm1.mcgill.ca;
in the body of the message, put: "subscribe ctheory
<your_name>".
- Theory, Culture, and
Society. Web version of a "pomo" journal, in its beginning
stages.
Listservs
To subscribe to a listserv, you normally need to send an e-mail to the
address listed, with the body of the message reading: "subscribe
<listserv name> <your name>". The subject does not
matter. You should get a response from the list. You are sending
your message to an automated address, so don't expect a personal
response. Good luck!
