Please note that the Office of International Services is sharing this public information with its students. We do not know the landlords, nor do we guarantee any of the information provided below. Please research all housing situations carefully before signing a lease with a landlord or management company.

I need a roommate by September 1st. 

The room available is the master bedroom, 13x16, has a large window, high ceilings, big closet, its own full bathroom and it is located on the top floor. In addition the apartment has a good size kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor. (common area will be shared with one other roommate). There is a two car garage and a washer and dryer in the apartment. Rent is $750 a month plus utilities which usually range from $50-$65 a month. Utilities include, gas, water, electric, and internet.
