I need a roommate by September 1st.
The room available is the master bedroom, 13x16, has a large window, high ceilings, big closet, its own full bathroom and it is located on the top floor. In addition the apartment has a good size kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor. (common area will be shared with one other roommate). There is a two car garage and a washer and dryer in the apartment. Rent is $750 a month plus utilities which usually range from $50-$65 a month. Utilities include, gas, water, electric, and internet. (Rent includes cable). Also you will need to pay first (750)/last (750)/security deposit ($300) =1800 to move in.
