Updating the Online FACULTY AND STAFF Directory

Please update the faculty and staff listings in the AIS/PPBS system on a regular basis because the information appears online.
You can find the online faculty/staff directory at http://www.usc.edu/directories/.
To help you attain updated information from the employees in your department, you can download the personnel data form from this web site and distribute it. We have developed this data entry form to assist the HDCs in the update process. The form is structured to logically follow the order in which information is input into AIS/PPBS.

For AIS/PPBS updates, the degree codes, major codes, institution codes, mail codes, and building codes can be found at http://ais.usc.edu. The following are instructions on how to access the payroll web page where you will find the AIS/PPBS directory input codes.
